They gave me a few time ranges and I picked the earliest one possible.. Within the hour, there was a technician at my door! Alejandro was very nice and told me 5 minutes after he got there what was wrong. Since I requested for him to fix the refrigerator, the service call fee was waived! The charges were very reasonable.

Arrived early, fixed my oven, nice guy (Nelson).

A pizza oven "plate" fell in between the glass plates on my oven door (I will never understand how). I tried to take it apart but the whole thing fell to pieces.

JC had an appointment available in a matter of days.

Nelson was the technician, brought his son.

They took the oven door apart, put it back together in fairly quick order.

These guys were great. They called back the same day. We made an appointment for the next day and he gave me a two hour window. The next day he showed up right at the start of the two hour window. He quickly determined he needed to order a part and set a two hour window for the next day. As before, he came right at the start of the window, replaced the part (which did not look easy) and it was fixed. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work. Happy to have a good appliance guy.
